Terms of sale
The terms that apply when you buy The Pendulum Method or join the members' community.
Last updated: 29 October 2026
1. Who we are
These terms apply to purchases of The Pendulum Method by Stuart William Duguid (the "guide") and to the members' community. The seller is GGenius Solutions, Mugiemoss Mews, Aberdeen AB21 9FJ, email [email protected]. GGenius Solutions Ltd, company number SC849896. Orders are processed through our Shopify store.
2. What you're buying
The guide is digital content: a PDF ebook of 77 A5 pages including 11 printable worksheet pages. The UK price (£9.99) is a one-off payment and includes the first month of membership of the members' community. After that, membership continues automatically as a monthly subscription at £5 a month until you cancel (see section 5).
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency. GGenius Solutions is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. Payment is taken by our checkout provider when you place your order.
4. Delivery and your cancellation right
The guide is supplied immediately after payment as a download link. Because it is digital content, at checkout you will be asked to agree to immediate supply and to acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download begins. We will confirm this in your order confirmation email. See Refunds and cancellation.
5. Membership subscription (auto-renewal)
Auto-renewal. Your purchase of the guide includes one month of membership of the members' community. Unless you cancel, membership then continues automatically as a rolling monthly subscription. You will be asked to agree to this separately, with its own tick box in the cart before checkout, and the subscription terms are shown again at checkout.
Price. £5 a month (UK). GGenius Solutions is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. We will tell you in advance, by email, about any price change, and you can cancel before it applies. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change takes effect.
Billing date. The first £5 payment is taken when your included month ends, one month after your purchase date, and then on the same date each month, using the payment method you used at checkout.
Reminders. We will email you at least 7 days before your first £5 payment, with the date, the amount and how to cancel. We will also send any further reminders that the law requires.
Cancellation. You can cancel any time, online, in a couple of clicks: from your account, using the link in your order email, or by emailing [email protected]. You don't need to give a reason. If you cancel before your included month ends, you won't be charged. If you cancel later, no further payments are taken and you keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for. Your guide is not affected.
14-day cooling-off. You have the right to cancel the membership subscription within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you buy. To cancel, email [email protected] or use the cancel link in your order email. If you asked for membership to start straight away and you cancel within the 14 days, we may deduct a fair amount for the membership you have already had, and refund the rest of any membership payment within 14 days. The guide itself is not covered by this right once you have agreed to immediate download (see section 4). Where the law gives you a further cooling-off period, for example after a renewal, we will honour it.
Ending membership on our side. We may end a membership for serious or repeated breaches of the community house rules, or if we close the community, giving notice where we can and refunding any unused paid period.
Community rules. Members agree to the house rules on the members page.
6. Licence
The guide is for your personal use. You may print the worksheets for yourself. You may not copy, share, resell or publish the guide or any part of it, except brief quotations in reviews.
7. Not advice
The guide and community are for general information only and are not medical, psychological or financial advice. No particular results are promised.
8. If something goes wrong
If the file is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair or replace it, or where that isn't possible give a price reduction or refund, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for any loss caused by you acting on the general information in the guide or community, which is not professional advice (see section 7).
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you live in England, Wales or Northern Ireland, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your home nation and can bring a claim in your local courts. If you live in the EU, you keep any mandatory protections of your local law.
